As Community Partnership Guide, she bridges evidence-based rigor with community wisdom, ensuring that every partnership, plan, and process centers care and accountability.

    Drawing on her background as a therapist, evaluator, and strategist, Tasha helps partners understand root causes, build collective capacity, and design systems that honor both people and impact. She guides IOD’s trauma-informed consulting, strategic planning, and program development work always asking how solutions can heal while they transform. Direct, deeply relational, and values-driven, Tasha leads with clarity, compassion, and conviction.

    Dulcinea leads projects that hold both strategy and soul. As a Strategic Impact Partner, she helps translate complex ideas into clear, community-rooted action. She brings depth in evaluation, planning, and facilitation. Always centering relationships, learning, and liberation.Dulcinea helps teams move from data to direction, making sure the work stays grounded in care and rigor. She’s discerning, steady, and creative. Someone who can see both the big picture and the small details that make transformation possible.

    Alyssa keeps our ecosystem grounded in care and flow. She supports the systems and rhythms that make sustainable, trauma-informed work possible, from coordinating projects and client communication to strengthening internal operations. Alyssa helps make sure our processes feel as good as they function, holding both team wellbeing and organizational excellence with ease. She’s the steady pulse behind our work organized, intuitive, and deeply committed to building structures that reflect the liberation and healing we practice.

    Tasha Hayes is our Community & Operations Steward. She builds the systems that keep us steady and the community touchpoints that keep us close. Tasha bridges IOD, The Center for Collective Impact, and The Hub, so partners know where to land and how to move across our ecosystem. She’s a thoughtful operator, culture carrier, and co-designer of our gatherings and member experience.

    Christopher partners with IOD as a Core Project Affiliate, bringing deep expertise in research design, data analysis, and methodological rigor to community-centered evaluation work. He helps transform complex data into clear stories that honor community knowledge and lived experience.
    As a thought partner on select projects, Christopher supports teams in aligning evidence with equity. Ensuring that outcomes are both measurable and meaningful. Known for his depth of reflection and commitment to learning, he bridges analytical precision with IOD’s trauma- and resiliency-informed approach, helping turn information into impact.

    Lori helps translate our consulting work into content that reaches and moves people. Whether it's strategic plans, research findings, or program frameworks, she creates materials that make complex ideas accessible and actionable. When organizations need to communicate their impact or communities need tools to advocate for change, Lori crafts the stories and resources that bridge that gap.
